Appeals
Think a ban was wrong?
Every ban can be appealed. Staff read every appeal, and if a ban was a mistake it is lifted.

How long bans last
- Cheating (automatic detection)
- 1 day → 7 days → 30 days
- Hacking / blacklisted mods
- 7 days → 14 days → 30 days
- Admitted use of hacks
- 3 days → 7 days → 15 days
- Bug abuse
- 3 days → 7 days → 14 days
- Failing a screenshare
- 7 days → 14 days → 30 days
- Ban or mute evading
- 40 days
First offence, then second, then third. A ban stops counting towards the next one after 90 days. Every ban also covers the IP address.
Automatic bans
A ban that says Cheating (automatic detection) came from the anticheat. It only acts on patterns that lag cannot produce, but no system is perfect.
If you were not cheating, appeal with your Ban ID. A clip helps most. Staff may also ask for your latest.log (.minecraft/logs/latest.log).
There are no rewards for appeals. A wrong ban is simply lifted.
